My Pastor reminded me the other day, GOD Himself is within us in the form of the Holy Spirit! If we could TRULY get that resurrection POWER is within us!
Christ’s body was bruised, beaten, and whipped. He was beyond recognition. How many times have the blows of life made us feel the same?! But because of HIS ending and because we have THAT same Spirit, we can hope! And we can stir others to hope with this TRUTH! Christ’s victory was in His death AND resurrection, He didn’t stay down! And the Word says WE were RAISED WITH HIM, made ALIVE with Him!
So every time you trip, or fall, or become broken in spirit there IS power within you to get up! The Holy Spirit is able to quicken us! Give us life! Stir us back up!
Dead situations are not our portion. If we find ourselves there, we don’t have to sit down and make our home there! They never have to be the end of the road, but can turn into places of transition, places THAT power is revealed to us, places testimonies are birthed.
We are powerful people! We’re given everything onto life through Christ! Given His victory!!!!! Overcomers in ALL things!!! Not victims but victorious!
You CAN get up!
Child of God, you’re more powerful than you know!
Prayer
Thank you for making us co-heirs and co-victors with Christ! What an amazing thing! We pray that we would utilize every gift that you have given us through Your Spirit, including power! We know that because of Your Son all things work for our good. We remind defeat and hopelessness and pain and brokenness today that we belong to YOU and are made one with the Son! We have been raised with Christ and seated in heavenly places. We praise for this victory! Help to walk out this reality daily!
