I used to think that TRUSTING God was the hard part, but it’s not. Stress, anxiety, worry, being disgruntled, snapping at other people, headaches, falling into depression, stomach issues….. THOSE ARE HARD. I’ve learned TRUST looks like RELEASE. It’s fresh air and PEACE.
In the Word, many people ASKED for faith. Jesus’ response: you only need a LITTLE (mustard seed). Sometimes we’re so used to trusting our idols (replacements), we have little to no history with God. Sometimes we simply haven’t ALLOWED Him to be GOD to us.
Prayer
Lord, we pray for an increased measure of faith for our situations. Help us to trust you in all things. You are faithful, it’s impossible for you to fail. Everything you say is true! We make room for you today!

When we rush in and try to solve a situation without waiting for guidance, we tend to make it so much worse. I’ve looked back so many times after God has worked it out and seen my impatience and how it hindered me. I have to step back and let God have control.

Yes! It can be hard to wait on His timing but as we gain history with Him, experiencing more of His faithfulness, it gets easier.
